When you request a free assessment we collect the name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and project details you submit through our assessment form. We may also collect basic device and page information (browser type, referring URL, pages visited) for analytics.

How we use it

Lead information is shared with the verified local installer in your metro so they can schedule your free on-site assessment. We also use aggregate analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Lead records are retained for as long as the installer relationship remains active, plus 24 months for record-keeping.

How to request deletion

Contact us at the address on the Contact page and request deletion of your record. We will respond within 30 days.
