The coating system
Every residential install is a high-solids epoxy basecoat plus a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, with optional decorative flake or metallic broadcast between coats. The basecoat bonds chemically and mechanically to a diamond-ground concrete surface. The topcoat resists UV yellowing, hot tire pickup, oil, road salt, and chemical spills. Commercial systems use the same chemistry tuned for forklift traffic, rolling loads, and chemical exposure.
